BRF Ingredients and Symrise have won the F3 Krill Replacement Challenge top prize for developing promising alternatives to krill. Symrise won for its protein hydrolysate ingredients and BRF Ingredients for its chicken hydrolysate.


CAIA welcomes new Liberal leader, calls for aquaculture support

On behalf of Canada’s seafood farmers, the Canadian Aquaculture Industry Alliance (CAIA) has congratulated Mike Carney on his win as the new leader of the Liberal Party.  Carney, who received about 86 percent of the votes, has been elected Canada's prime minister-designate.


Pine Island Redfish records first harvest of red drum
