Bakery Showcase Trade Show & Conference is held in Toronto every two years. It is the only baking industry specific event produced in Canada. The Trade Show is spread out in almost 100,000 sq. ft. of space showcasing baking ingredients, equipment, services, packaging, technology and baked goods (fresh, proof & bake, par baked, freezer-to-oven, thaw & serve). Trade show hours are 12 noon to 5pm daily; educational sessions are prior to the trade show hours.
Join the event and network with almost 5,000 baking & food industry professionals from retail, wholesale, commercial bakeries, grocery stores, foodservice outlets and more….
The event is May 1-3 at the International Centre Hall 5. Visitors have ample free parking and the venue is also accessible by public transportation (TTC, Mississauga Transit & GO trains etc.).

SPOTLIGHT ON THE ROAD TO PARIS SESSION SUNDAY MAY 1
The Road to Paris: Baking Team Canada’s Journey to the
World Cup of Baking/Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie
Alan Dumonceaux, Baking Program at NAIT and Captain of Bake Team
Canada, will share the story of Bake Team Canada from qualifying in the
Louis Lesaffre Cup regional play downs to competing against representatives
from 12 other countries in the Baking World Cup – Coupe du Monde de la
Boulangerie, held every four years in France.

This is a FREE session to all Bakery Showcase registered attendees and exhibitors
