Dear pizza friends: We can’t be together in person this year but pizza folks from across Canada can get together virtually! Canadian Pizza magazine, (Baker Journal’s sister publication) is hosting a live, half-day Virtual Canadian Pizza Summit to promote conversation and fresh ideas for your bakery.

This free event features for operators and their teams features live roundtable talks with experienced, innovative operators and experts, video pizza-making demonstrations, a product showcase and exciting news about a new contest for 2020-21!

We cap it off with our Great Pizza Box Fold-Off, sponsored by Lallemand Baking, and featuring a virtual showdown of three fast folders!

It all happens on Monday, Oct. 19, across Canada:
