Lesaffre Corporation recently commissioned C+R Research to uncover consumer insights about clean label baked goods. Lesaffre’s Baking Business Development Manager Ralf Tschenscher will discuss the results of this study during a webinar on April 6 at 1 p.m. central.
The webinar will explain consumers’ perceptions of the ingredients used in baked goods, and attendees will discover how bakery products with clean label ingredients can increase return on investment. The webinar will also highlight the differences in consumer perception across generations and provide an understanding of the demographics and purchasing habits of clean label consumers.
