Dear BAC Showcase Exhibitor,
We would like to thank you for being part of our 2022 Showcase held in Toronto in April. After a very difficult two years for the industry, it was great to be back together in person; to network, face-to-face, and engage in heartfelt conversations with our peers.
There were extra challenges this year as we emerged from the pandemic, but the tenacity of our group and the superb management of our new partner, Annex Business Media, ensured that the show was a success.
You put your trust in us and we are extremely grateful for your patience. BAC would not exist in its present format if it was not for the annual trade show. Your enthusiasm and commitment augmented our desire to represent the Canadian (and beyond) baking industry.
We will soon be sending out a survey to solicit your reviews of the event; we look forward to your suggestions for even better and more relevant future Showcases.
We are now planning the Vancouver Showcase for May 14/15, 2023, at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Already, there is a buzz about proposed delegates from across Canada, the western US and even the Pacific Rim. There will be the familiar: showcasing the newest in equipment, ingredients, and services for the baking industry. New additions will highlight our delicious bakery and confectionary products with an active demonstration stage, as well as competitions and samples to celebrate the multicultural influences that contribute to the gustatory delight of our products.
Thank you again for your support; on behalf of the board of directors and executive management we look forward to meeting you all next year in Beautiful British Columbia.
