Come join us for a gathering of local bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, pizzaioli and baking industry people!
When? Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, 3-5 p.m.
Where? Imagine Studio Cafe, 31 Erie St, Victoria, BC V8V 1P8
Why? This is an opportunity to network with local bakers and artisans as well meet other allied support people to discuss industry issues, challenges and successes. There is no charge for attending and refreshments will be provided.
This meeting – the first of many across Canada envisioned for 2022 – will take place on Monday, Jan. 30 from 3-5 p.m. at Imagine Studio Cafe, 31 Erie St, Victoria, BC V8V 1P8. It will be informally structured with an opportunity for open discussion among attendees. The agenda will include introductions, announcements, panel exchanges, education discussion, regulatory updates, hiring and training discussion and next steps planning for local events.
The Baking Association of Canada is sponsoring these meetings, and we look forward to engaging with the grassroots of our wonderful baking and pastry community!
