The Baking Association of Canada will host a gathering of local, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, pizzaioli and other bakery industry people on Monday, May 29, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Red River College Polytechnic – Exchange District Campus, P107 (CGA MB Room), 160 Princess Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3B 1K9.

This is a rare chance to network with local bakers and artisans as well meet other allied support people to discuss industry issues, challenges and successes. The meeting will be informally structured with an opportunity for open discussion between attendees.

The BAC invites bakers to highlight the best of your bakery by taking part in a “Show & Tell”!

There is no charge for attending and refreshments will be provided.
