Bridor investing $40M in Boucherville plant

Bridor, a North American leader in bread and Viennese pastries for retail sale and the food service industry, is investing $40 million to double the size of its Boucherville, Que., baking facility. The expansion will allow Bridor to increase the plant’s production capacity by 80 per cent and generate employment growth in the area.
