Bakery Showcase is back!

The Baking Association of Canada is pleased to announce the next Bakery Showcase will take place April 10-11, 2022, in Toronto. The BAC looks forward once again to welcoming the industry at that time to Canada’s premier baking industry event – the largest and only baking industry business-to-business trade show and conference produced in Canada.

The Ontario government lifted capacity limits in the vast majority of settings where proof of vaccination is required, such as restaurants, bars and other food or drink establishments as part of a gradual plan to lift remaining public health and workplace safety measures by March 2022.
