Easter chocolate launches up 19% globally since 2022: Mintel

Launches of new seasonal Easter chocolate products have increased by 19 per cent over the past 12 months and more than half of Easter chocolate launches globally carried an environmental/ethical claim, according to research firm Mintel.


Paris Baguette franchise opens first bakery-café in Canada

Paris Baguette opened its first bakery-café selling cakes, specialty brewed coffees, baked breads and pastries in Canada. At least seven corporate-owned and franchise locations are slated to open across Canada.
