Exciting news in Canadian baking! The BAC hosted its first meeting in Newfoundland, inviting us along to participate and to visit thriving St. John’s bakeries. Baking students told stories in George Brown College’s gingerbread house competition, Ontario bakery Baxter’s will create 54 new jobs, and an innovative Quebec training program introduced eight new artisan bakers to the industry. Looking ahead, the BAC is hosting exciting Farmer-Miller-Baker events in 2025!
