Why are first responders still struggling? What can be done?

As a leader at these organizations it must be disheartening to learn that almost 70% of your people report that mental health services are rarely used2.

So why aren't they using what's being provided?

Could be stigma. But also could be the types of supports being provided don't match their preferences, schedules or concerns.

So, how can you solve this?

Join MindBeacon's trauma expert Dr. Meredith Landy, PhD CPsych for a free 30-minute webinar that will help you answer these questions and more including:
  • Most common barriers they face and why
  • The types of supports that work best for first responders

  About MindBeacon

MindBeacon is on a mission to eliminate mental health stigma and make mental health care accessible and available to all first responders and Canadians alike. MindBeacon meets individuals where they are in their mental health journey and provides them with the coping and resiliency skills they need to meet the challenges they face in their daily lives.

There is no simple solution that fits all individuals. It requires ongoing support, with different approaches over an individual’s lifetime journey to better mental health. MindBeacon is solving this problem every day by offering organizations holistic programs that are proven to work.
