This panel will highlight efforts to disrupt illicit fentanyl distribution networks across Canada and internationally. Panelists from law enforcement, the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada and the financial sector will highlight efforts such as Project Guardian that leverage public private partnerships

  • D/Sgt. Frank Bates, Ontario Provincial Police
  • James Bissonnette, Senior Analyst, FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada)
