The successful candidate must excel at operations and support services, connecting all levels within the London Police Service including frontline staff to the organization’s mission and values. The Chief must also understand the challenges and complexities of modern policing and have a track record of operating strategically and cooperatively with community partners and stakeholders. The Chief must be firmly committed to human rights, anti-racism, and equity within the London Police Service and continue to build on established relationships with all communities in London.
