Blue Line’s founder to receive Meritorious Service Decoration

Morley Lymburner, Blue Line’s founder and former publisher, will be honoured with the Meritorious Service Decoration (M.S.M.) from the Governor General of Canada at Rideau Hall in Ottawa.
