Every year during their annual conference and expo, the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) give out their 40 Under 40 award to rising leaders from around the globe who exemplify leadership, dedication and service to their communities and the law enforcement profession. This year, four Canadian police officers were recognized for their excellent service.
