Tour OPG biomass power plants with WPAC

The Wood Pellet Association of Canada together with IEA Bioenergy Task 32, is offering a three-day bioenergy tour of Thunder Bay and Atikokan, Ont. The tour will take place immediately following the 2017 WPAC AGM and Conference, which is happening September 18-20 in Ottawa.

The tour will take participants to four biomass facilities, including Resolute Forest Products' pellet plant in Thunder Bay, Confederation College's Bioenergy Facility, and Ontario Power Generation's Atikokan and Thunder Bay generating stations.

This tour is limited to 15 participants on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Registration deadline is Aug. 16, 2017.
