	Take part in a golf tournament with WPAC! The Wood Pellet Association of Canada will hold its AGM and conference at the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel in Vancouver on Sept. 18–19, 2018. This year, for the first time, there will be a pre-conference golf tournament on Monday, Sept. 17 at Seymour Golf and Country Club in North Vancouver, just a half hour charter-bus ride from the conference hotel. This course was formed out of the wilderness in 1953. Most of that wilderness forest still surrounds the golf course, providing a retreat from the noise and hectic pace of city life. The course is known for its superb conditioning, treed fairways, tough greens, and a beautiful clubhouse that overlooks the forested fairways and practice areas. The golf tournament will feature: Scramble format with prizes for top three teams Closest to the pin and longest drive contests Pink ball competition Schedule: 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM Bus from Marriott Pinnacle Hotel to Seymour Golf & Country Club 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM Coffee and rules explanation 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM Golf - eight flights 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM Lunch and awards 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM Bus from Seymour G & CC to Marriott Pinnacle Hotel Join your wood pellet colleagues from across Canada and around the world in a fun event. You will be back to the hotel in plenty of time for the conference’s opening reception aboard the MV Magic Charm with a tour of Burrard Inlet and Deep Cove. Register soon as space is limited.
