AGI Tramco & the AGI Network: Choosing the Right Conveyor

In a webinar last Friday with nearly 200 registrants, AGI Tramco, AGI Hi Roller, and AGI's Executive Vice President of Engineering, Jim Vis, came together to discuss the diverse needs of end users and what drives them to select different types of conveyors and brands. With an attention to their varying industry specialisations, the team explored the differences and features of AGI's offerings in:

• En masse chain conveyors
• Bulk-flo chain conveyors
• Air supported belt conveyors
• Enclosed belt conveyors
• Open belt conveyors

The team agreed that when selecting a conveyor, there are many factors to consider such as the material properties, capacity desired, and the particular application. With an additional focus on two different projects, the AGI team reviewed how their products provided solutions for bulk material handling customers. David Wernsing, GM of AGI Tramco, spoke candidly about the Model G en masse chain conveyor, the Bulk-Flo chain conveyor, the Model RB chain conveyor, and discussed the upcoming release of AGI Tramco's newly redesigned air-supported conveyor, JetBelt.
