Led by Dr. Fahimeh Yazdan Panah of the Wood Pellet Association of Canada and Shaw Renewables’ Julie Griffiths, this morning workshop will be an opportunity for those companies who are interested in becoming certified so they can export their pellets to Europe’s thriving heating markets. As the national licenser for ENplus®, WPAC delivers this program designed especially for quality managers employed by ENplus® certified companies.
The only live Canadian ENplus® training workshop offered in 2022, the workshop will cover issues related to requirements for the entities participating in the entire supply chain, from the receipt of raw material through the production of ENplus® pellets to the delivery to the end-user.
All ENplus® Quality Managers are required to take an annual training program.
BONUS: In the afternoon, tour UBC’s wood pellet laboratory where you can view testing equipment and the biomass heating plant.
