Northern Ontario wood pellet production facility:
GRANT THORNTON LIMITED, in its capacity as court-appointed receiver and manager of 1793082 Ontario Ltd. o/a K.D. Quality Pellets (“KD Pellets”), is hereby accepting offers for the purchase of its right, title and interest, if any, in the assets of KD Pellets. KD Pellets’ assets include, among other things: a 12,100 sq. ft. pellet processing facility and a 14,880 sq. ft. wood fiber storage building, both situated on 90 acres of land located approximately 10 minutes north of Temiskaming Shores (formerly New Liskeard), Ontario. The pellet processing facility’s current annual capacity is approximately 90,000 tonnes with additional space in the facility to accommodate an additional 110,000 tonnes of capacity.
