Residents in Hearst, Ont., are becoming concerned about the future of the nearby Calstock Biomass Generation plant, whose contract with the provincial government is set to expire in June. The provincial government is conducting a review of existing electric generation facilities and may require that the company re-apply to extend its contract.

Prodesa has signed a contract with Dalkia Smart Building to provide a new drying line for Rayonier Advanced Materials Group in the southwest of France.
The 424 m2 belt dryer includes 13 heat exchangers and 8 large fans and will be commissioned in September 2020. The equipment will allow the recovery of 16 MW of hot water from the residual heat of the low temperature drying.
This is a major project for Prodesa that complies with both environmental requirements and the high demanding site operating conditions.
