Renewable Industries Canada welcomes publication of CFS draft regulations

RICanada says the draft regulations represent an important step forward in Canadian policy towards recognizing the full value of clean fuels like ethanol, biomass-based diesel, renewable natural gas, and green hydrogen in the fight against climate change.


BC government creates $9.3M fund to help forest sector with COVID-19 costs

“This $9.3 million fund will help forestry businesses keep their employees on staff, and their communities safe with the additional costs they’ve already faced related to COVID-19,” said B.C. Minister of Forests Katrine Conroy in a statement.

The funds will help small and medium-sized forest sector businesses offset the cost of setting up sanitizing stations, providing enhanced cleaning, additional worker training, measures to increase physical distancing, and the purchase of personal protective equipment.
