The low temperature drying line, which uses biomass as fuel providing both electric and thermal energy, is in service at Dalkia Smart Building - part of Rayonier group - cogeneration plant in Tartas, in the southwest of France.
PRODESA designed, manufactured and commissioned this biomass-fuel thermal outdoor dryer, and carried out the complete mechanical and electrical erection as well as the supervision of the earlier construction stages.
With 424 m2 of dryer surface, high environmental requirements and demanding site operating conditions, this project confirms PRODESA’s expertise in the design and development of innovate high technological biomass drying lines.
