Health spending in Canada forecast to hit $242 billion this year, says report

Canada’s health expenditure is expected to reach $6,604 per capita this year – or about $200 more per person compared to last year – according to a new report released by the Canadian Institute for Health Information.


New centre to focus on medicinal cannabis research

McMaster University in Hamilton and St. Joseph Healthcare Hamilton have teamed up to launch a new multidisciplinary research centre dedicated to cannabis research. The Michael G.
