The project involved installing more than 154,000 tonnes of asphalt over six months, while maintaining daily flights for one of Canada’s busiest runways.
Planned improvements to the 1.5-km corridor include two road-under-rail grade separations, a new rail-over-water bridge and two road-over-water bridges.
