As a fire chief, full or part-time firefighter, volunteer firefighter or fire department employee, we understand you don’t have a second to spare these days – and we want to help. That’s why we’re currently offering our first responder clients access to a few added services to help save time.
Services available to our first responder clients include:
- 24/7 concierge assistance to help with booking appointments for things like vehicle maintenance, home and lawn maintenance, pet-sitting and arranging other services like flower or gift delivery.*
- Fast and efficient roadside assistance support to help when something goes wrong on the road, like battery boosting, a flat tire change, fuel delivery and more.**
- Priority call access should you need to contact our Client Care Centre to ask any questions or make changes to your policy. Simply dial 1-888-476-8737 anytime Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. or Saturday, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m and your call will be handled in priority sequence.
