Cape Breton firefighters support vote of non-confidence

Unionized firefighters in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality claim management tactics have jeopardized safety. The Cape Breton Regional Firefighters Association voted 90 per cent in favour of a motion expressing non-confidence in fire services management.
