Find out just how efficient your mill can be with a HewSaw.
• Low operating costs
• High production volume
• In-line edging (no downstream edgers)
• Designed with safety and ergonomics in mind
HewSaw has now installed more than 400 machines in over 30 countries, including over 70 single pass machines here in North America. The Finland-based company also installed its first sawline on this side of the Atlantic three years ago with a major project at the Idaho Forest Group (IFG) mill in Lewiston, Idaho. The new HewSaw at IFG processes logs up to 21.5 inches in diameter and can produce up to eight edged side boards, eliminating the need for downstream edgers.
