   • 2015 Gilbert 6 roll 2000 fpm planer;
   • VAB Solutions automated planer mill grading system;
   • Energie F.E.I. Inc. wood fixed boiler with:
      > 90,000 bdft kiln
      > 150,000 bdft kiln;
   • 2016 Cathild Industries propane fueled 300,000 bf kiln;
   • Miscellaneous rolling stock, equipment and buildings.

Deadline for offers to purchase the assets is July 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm Atlantic Time.
