Dale Paterson, a pulp and paper consultant and chair of Northern Pulp’s environmental liaison committee (ELC), presented the company’s roadmap to the forestry industry during a webinar that drew over 200 registrants. He unveiled a $350-million plan for the shuttered kraft pulp mill – a considerably higher investment than the company’s rejected 2019 proposal for a $150-million treatment facility.
