Power Engineering 5th Class is an Alberta certification by which the operation and maintenance of boilers and associated equipment in heating plants and other industrial settings are governed. Individuals must complete the program in order to be eligible to write the Alberta Boilers & safety Association (ABSA) Certification Exam. Note that there is a firing time requirement for 5th Class Power Engineer certification, which may be accomplished at an approved power/steam facility. Theory portion available ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.
