IUOE Local 115 calls for charges to move forward in Kelowna crane collapse tragedy

The fourth anniversary of the Kelowna crane collapse saw the opening of the Rise Memorial Gardens to commemorate the five individuals killed in the incident, with local members of the industry still demanding answers.
