Lumber pricing – Check current rates

Lumber pricing has gone crazy! For those of you with any projects coming up that requires S4S #2 grade lumber, we have seen an increase in pricing of 25-30+ % in just over a week. While the expectation long term is that this price won't hold, this will affect your costs in the meantime for any upcoming building that you may be doing.
