Prices up on building materials

I am sure you are all aware by now that prices on all softwood lumber, OSB, plywood, and most every other building material, have gone up. Although there is still speculation that prices will come down in the near future, I would not be surprised to see these numbers continue until the early fall. Hopefully I am wrong but we shall see.

New, high quality shed packages

As we look to fill the needs of our customers, we have had several requests over the years to sell either premade sheds, or at least shed packages. The challenge with this has been trying to find a quality product that we felt we could promote, and a shed company that we could partner with to create a win/win/ win scenario. We feel like we have finally managed to do this. We have a company that has come to us and proudly showed us a great product that they can deliver either prebuilt to our customer, or build on site in less than a day. Watch for some finished models showing up in our yard soon.

Psst… Hey you, it's Dom here for the month of June. Last month I had mentioned Deck and Fence season was here, so let me help those of you that still aren't sure what you want to do. I want you to stand in your backyard and close your eyes and picture what you imagine yours to look like, (ENTER JEOPARDY THEME MUSIC)…Ok now open. Do you see it? Maybe you pictured a nice Arbor coming in to your yard, or a pergola?

Nothing makes a statement like a pergola. Maybe a Brown Treated, Western Red Cedar or even a Douglas Fir, (We Have That). Maybe you imagined a multi-level deck with different areas, one for a sitting area, and one for Barbecuing. Join us June 29^th at the Sexton Group for our annual fundraising BBQ for KidSport Winnipeg and Desiree Scott's soccer camp.

Desiree Scott is a three-time Olympic champion. For the past four years, she has hosted an all-girls soccer camp in the fall. The camp supports families with girls ages five to 18, with the goal to help children develop healthy lifestyles without financial, physical or language barriers.
