Tyler is a young contractor in Ottawa. He was confident he could bring the company his father had created to a whole new level, but wasn't sure where to start. He dreamed of having the sort of lifestyle that would allow him to take breaks and spend more time with his family.
Overloaded with ambition, Tyler began taking on too much responsibility and wearing too many hats in pursuit of his dream.
The battle between the old way of doing things (his father's way) and a new way (Tyler's way) had been raging for a few years. The paperwork was piling up, they weren't making the profits they deserved, and the division between work and home was nearly non-existent.
With each passing week, Tyler could feel control of the company slipping through his fingers... the exact opposite of his dream.
Something had to give. Tyler sought help, and he got it. Since then, Tyler has:
- Freed up 4 to 5 hours in his day by delegating to his right-hand man.
- Increased profits 19% in 2 months.
- Hired 3 new crew members.
Tyler is also now able to forecast profits and cashflow months in advance, and spend more time with his family. He is finally excited about work again.
If you're reading this and thinking I WANT THAT, you can get it.
