The ArmourZone
Then we have the ArmourZone, a 1 ¼-inch wide tear-resistant, reinforced nailing zone that runs along the shingle for optimal nail-holding and stopping power. This helps reduce the chance of shingle blow-off and nail blow-through. When you combine FastLock and the ArmourZone, our Nordic™ and Dynasty® shingles carry a limited warranty covering wind speeds of up to 130 mph.
