Last year was another tumultuous one for Canada’s poultry industry. From avian influenza to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, 2022 presented producers with serious challenges. However, there was plenty to be optimistic about as well, including progress on the sustainability and trade mitigation fronts.

In this three-part year in review series, we speak with leaders from the chicken, egg and turkey sectors about the biggest stories from the past year.
