The stainless steel system operates at speeds up to 60 packages/minute. The system weighs within one gram of tolerance and has been fitted to ensure gentle handling of the company’s shortbread and other delicate products.

The user-friendly computer system stores a multitude of customer recipes. Brass marvels “you just input whatever recipes you wish and the automatic filling and sealing begins.”

The flexible packaging system was not inexpensive, but quality machinery and first rate local service lead Terra Cotta Cookies owner Jason Brass to conclude: “I call my WeighPack system my Bentley, but unfortunately I can’t drive it…”
