As brand owners move more product into flexible packaging, they need new cartoning and case packing configurations. This video shows the Nuspark system developed for a major big box retailer as it runs through its paces of robotic tray loading of flexible pouches of almonds into corrugated retail-ready trays. The trays are then conveyed to the robotic palletizing station for stacking.

Nuspark GM Boris Motskin discusses the trend towards flexibles and the highly engineered solutions Nuspark has to help CPG’s meet the new packaging needs of retailers and consumers.

The video also shows a k-cup cartoning platform that discharges the packed cartons into a robotic loading /palletizing station.

Take a tour of the new Nuspark design and manufacturing facility to see how this progressive machine builder is satisfying the need for speed and accuracy for today’s leading retail configurations. 30% of Nuspark employees are engineers who build custom equipment to meet the needs of a wide range of consumer packaged goods and automotive customers.
