Eva Maraj, Plant Manager at Pizza Romana Foods, shows us the machine that keeps pace with their production of 3,000 pizzas an hour.

A producer of much-loved stuffed crust pizzas sold at all major grocery stores, Maraj explains why Pizza Romana chose “the full package - the machine, the package, and the films” from VC999 Packaging Systems.

“Our old machine,” she explains, “could not maintain a vacuum seal and ingredients shifted in the package…and consumers complained.”

Maraj concludes, “With 1.5 million cycles already in a short period of time for this machine, we’ll be looking for another one to support a second production line.”
