The Modulfill Bloc FS-C contains the newly developed Modulseam can filler designed to work ideally with the KRONES can filler. The filler is marked by its new filling valve which, thanks to its inductive flow meter, ensures the highest level of filling accuracy. For sensitive beverages the Modulfill Bloc FS-C is also available with a compact clean room. The volumetric filling valve with inductive flow meter ensures the highest accuracy during filling and keeps the product quality high. Low oxygen values combined with a 40 percent lower CO2 consumption ensure that the product quality is high while the media consumption remains low.
Easy to clean: The entire block has a hygienic design and can be directly connected to Krones CIP and foam-cleaning systems. With the compact clean room, the exterior and interior are cleaned simultaneously.
Quick change-over: Best equipped, even for type and format changeovers: height adjustment is fully automatic, quick-change handling parts keep change-over times short and the combined centering bell can be used for several can formats.
High energy savings: A 30 percent energy saving (compared to conventional drive concepts) can be achieved thanks to the use of servo technology.
