Handtmann is pleased to be showing many of our new 2021 equipment introductions at this year’s Pack Ex. These latest Handtmann innovations include the VF 828 S vacuum filler featuring the technical advances of larger VF 800 models, including metal detectable non-metallic parts, a hygienic design with no microbial traps and fast-drain external surfaces with simple controls and gram-accurate portioning at up to 1,200 ppm. The VF 828 S and all the Handtmann 2021 new product introductions were developed with tremendous customer input so they can adapt to very individual needs.
Our Handtmann Rotary Cutting Solution
SE442-1 for bakeries features the precision of servo-driven dividing with better than +/-1% accuracy at up to 200 ppm. It is especially efficient for pizza and bread dough operations and is flexible so bakers can efficiently produce a large range of premium products on one unit. Other 2021 product introductions include the revolutionary
FS525 All-In-One Forming/Cutting system with a simple 3-minute conversion from hole-plate 3-D product forming to rotary cutting for different product cross-sections. The new
FS552 valve-free Handtmann Return Suction Depositing System delivers excellent accuracy with smooth and chunky products at temperatures up to 90°C.
In addition, the award winning INOTEC emulsifying design includes a variety of performance, safety, and sanitation innovations, including a self-adjusting radial cutting set, advanced temperature control and automated process monitoring. The automatic lNOTEC soft-start feature eliminates 'running dry' and extends blade life. The cutting set self-adjusts every 15 seconds during operation to ensure consistent precision, simplify operation and reduce parts costs. Integrated lNOTEC monitoring also manages target outlet temperatures and manages unsafe spikes with automatic alerts and stops.
