Double occupancy: $ 3850.00
Single occupancy: $ 4750.00
Special non-industry travelling companion: $ 2450.00*
*In addition to the single rate. Does not include K pass, catalogue and train pass.

IMPORTANT: rates were established on December 16th, 2015 and are subject to change due to one or more of the following: change to the tax rates, a higher than expected fuel surcharge and/or a drop of the value of the Canadian dollar against the Euro.

RESERVATIONS: a per person deposit of $ 1000.00 + insurance premium (if required – strongly recommended) along with a completed booking form. Credit cards are accepted as well as company checks.

FINAL PAYMENT: is due no later than August 16th, 2016. You will receive a reminder in July. Full payment is due if your reservation is received after July 15th, 2016.

NAME CHANGES: unless you are travelling outside of the group dates/flights, you will be allowed a name change up until 48 hours prior to departure for a $ 50.00 fee.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES (per person)
For all cancellations received:
Until March 31, 2016: $250.00; from April 1st to June 30th, 2016 (incl.): $500.00; from July 1st to August 16th, 2016 (incl.): $ 1000.00. No refunds for cancellations received after August 16th or for all unused services after the day of departure. The insurance premium is not refundable.
