Brandt signs deal to acquire Nortrax Canada Inc.

The Brandt Group of Companies is pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement to acquire the businesses of Nortrax Canada Inc. and Nortrax Quebec Inc. (together, “Nortrax”), subject to due diligence and regulatory and other approvals.


Brokk hires new central Canada regional sales manager

Brokk has announced the hiring of John-Paul Duquette as regional sales manager for central Canada. Duquette manages sales for Brokk robotic demolition machines and provides support for new and existing customers throughout Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.


Atlas Copco acquires WestRon

Atlas Copco has acquired WestRon Group of companies. The Group is focused on sales, installations and service of small industrial compressors and blowers.
