Mike Wood, City of Toronto Fire Services
With 26 years in the fire service, Mike is a very proud member of The City of Toronto Fire Services. Mike started on a small rural fire service and gained employment shortly after in the city of Scarborough. Firefighters are constantly being asked to assist individuals to become firefighters. Mike started researching the "science" of recruitment, resumes and interviews. After 5 years of in-depth research Mike produced models for interview prep, resumes, cover letters and habits candidates can use to be successful in their pursuit of a career in the emergency services. |
