Kyle Klein Kyle Klein, Shopify
Kyle Klein is a Security Operations Lead with Shopify and is a recognized security and emergency management specialist. Kyle brings unique expertise in security management designing realistic, comprehensive and integrated security programs. Throughout his career, Kyle has developed the skillset to effectively assess and address security issues related to infrastructure, operations and programs to ensure the security and safety for people and property, and to safeguard assets and reputations.
   
Nike Wood Mike Wood, City of Toronto Fire Services
With 26 years in the fire service, Mike is a very proud member of The City of Toronto Fire Services. Mike started on a small rural fire service and gained employment shortly after in the city of Scarborough. Firefighters are constantly being asked to assist individuals to become firefighters. Mike started researching the "science" of recruitment, resumes and interviews. After 5 years of in-depth research Mike produced models for interview prep, resumes, cover letters and habits candidates can use to be successful in their pursuit of a career in the emergency services.
   
Randall Arsenault Randall Arsenault, Toronto Police Service
Randall Arsenault currently serves with the Toronto Police Service (TPS) as a Primary Response Officer. With more than 19 years on the job, he has served in various capacities including Street Crime, Youth Services, Community Response Unit, Criminal Investigative Bureau, School Resource Officer, and the Aboriginal Peacekeeping Unit.
