Chris spent 36 years with the Ontario Provincial Police, including four years as Commissioner, retiring in 2014. He continues to lecture on leadership and policing issues across North America. For the past two years he has also worked for NATO at the Joint War College in Norway as an advisor on civilian policing and intelligence issues. He is currently the Public Safety Analyst for the CTV Television Network, appearing regularly in local and national news stories on both television and radio.
