Paladin acquires Victoria-based security business

Paladin Security Group announced it has acquired KC Security Services, based in Victoria, B.C. According to an announcement posted on the company’s website, the deal closed Feb. 1., and is the second acquisition by the company’s Vancouver Island operation in the last 12 months.
