ShoreRivers receives grant to install conservation drainage projects

ShoreRivers, an advocacy organization aimed at protecting and restoring Maryland's eastern shore, received a $10,000 grant to continue installing conservation drainage projects.

Four new members sought for county drainage board in Wisconsin

A Rock County Board committee is seeking to replace four of the five members on the Rock County Drainage Board. To be eligible, a person must own property within one of seven drainage districts in Rock County and apply before April 30.

Farm to Faucet education in Maine receives $10,000

The St. Croix River Association has been awarded a $10,000 grant for the Farm to Faucet education pilot, which will lead students to explore the connections between agriculture and watershed health, including exploring solutions to nutrient runoff problems.

Deadline approaches for conservation project funding in Iowa

Iowa researchers, farmers and conservation groups can apply for up to $75,000 per project to promote more innovative conservation practices in agricultural production.
