The Right Seal Solution for Your Application
DMR radial shaft seals feature single, double and multiple lips that are engineered to help retain lubricants and exclude contaminants. If temperature or chemical exposure is a concern seals are offered in a range of compounds to best suit the operating environment including: fluorocarbon, silicone and nitrile. If you require a flexible seal in solid or split configurations our Clipper seals with a non-metallic composite heel and elastomeric sealing lip are available. Our seals range in O.D. sizes from below 1" to over 40" which helps ensure that we can supply the size and style your application requires.

CNC Custom Machined Seals
With state-of-the-art rapid-production CNC machinery, Daemar offers the capability of designing and manufacturing fully computer-designed Seals for a wide range of profiles and diameters starting from 1/4" (6 mm). Seal designs can be modified to your specific application quickly and precisely including changes in lip design, seal clearances and interferences as well as other key dimensions. For existing products made from stock material or in the case of emergency situations, we are able to run small batches on the same day that an order is received.

Standard doesn't always fit your application needs
For static sealing applications requiring a non-standard diameter o-ring a custom vulcanized o-ring is often the fastest and most cost effective solution. Daemar's custom vulcanized rings are produced from extruded o-ring cord, cut to length and hot spliced using heated dies and a heat sensitive bonding agent. The heated die provides consistent heat and help form a clean and visually appealing finish to the joint. Most of our elastomers can be vulcanized. Cold splicing is typically used on foam elastomers where heat would damage the material. Our sponge and foam elastomers include EPDM Sponge, Silicone Sponge and Neoprene Sponge.

For demanding sealing applications when customers require the very best. Kalrez® O-Rings manufactured only by DuPont™, are the elastomer seals of choice. Supplied in standard O-ring sizes or custom shapes. Kalrez® O-Rings resist over 1,800 different chemicals while offering the high temperature stability of PTFE (327°C). Kalrez® 0090 perfluoroelastomer parts deliver durable, reliable sealing solutions for applications requiring excellent rapid gas decompression (RGD) properties as well as high hardness and high modulus properties. Some application areas include downhole equipment such as drilling and completion tools as well as industrial equipment including pumps and valves.
